Job Title: Independent Healthcare Sales Representative

Type of Position: Independent - Contractor (i.e. 1099 employment status),
Purpose
Develop new business by identifying and qualifying potential accounts; initiating, developing, and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify potential accounts by developing leads; analyzing and qualifying opportunities.
- Initiate call process and schedule appointments.
- Schedule and conduct appointments with physicians, clinical staff and office managers/administrators to evaluate practice consulting and management outsourcing needs.
- Close sales by overcoming objections; preparing contracts; forwarding, tracking, and expediting orders.
- Improve products by analyzing and relaying customer reactions; monitoring competitive products; recommending new features to product development.

Qualifications
- 3 years minimum work experience in medical practice field required.
- Ideal candidate has a proven sales record with experience conducting organizational needs assessment, conceptual sales processes, C-Level calls to large hospitals and physician groups.
- Candidates with IT, Clinical System, EMR, experience are preferred.
- Strong ability to nurture and manage professional relationships.
- Capable of working independently.
- Qualified candidate must be able to pass a background check.
- Bachelor degree or equivalent
- Computer literate - Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, Publisher
