Medical Marketing Manager-Medical Device or Medical Disposable Marketing

Medical Marketing Manager, with a leading strong growth company in medical devices and medical disposable products. This huge benefit company is seeking an experienced USA Marketing Manager versed in successful medical product strategy, planning and launch! This is a company that prides itself with excellent products that are patient need focused and a wonderful company culture. They are looking for a proven marketing manager (or Product Manager who has managed and marketed a portfolio of products) who has the potential for further promotion and displays leadership qualitities. The right person will be high energy with EXCELLENT communication skills, who's interpersonal communication style makes a positive impact on the team.

The right candidate will have a Minimum of 3 to 5 years (with at least 5 years STRONGLY PREFERRED) of medical device or medical disposable portfolio marketing or product management experience (pharma background MAY BE considered) that requires developing the plan and strategy needed for a successful product and program launch within the Rehab Hospital, VA Hospitals, Clinics and DME (Durable Medical Equipment) USA marketplace. This is a Direct Report Position to the Executive Level General Business Manager! YOU WILL BE AUTONOMOUS, no direct reports; YOU are the Marketing Department and go-to person! This is a top quality Nuse and Patient marketed product line with an EXCELLENT reputation and a Division that has the backing of their highly regarded company in the medical sales industry.


Position Location and Coverage
Position can be based out of Chicago, IL. Ideal location would be Lake Forest IL or Northbrook, IL or Arlington, IL area!
USA responsibility
25% to 30% travel
No relocation offered
Compensation:

Base 125K to 140K range dependent on candidates background. If your qualifications are deep, please do send your resume for consideration and further salary discussions.
Up to a 10% annual bonus potential based on MBO assignment: $137,000 to $154,000 total income potential

Required Skills *4 Year College Degree
*MINIMUM 3 to 5 years (5 + YRS. PREFERRED) of successful experience in similar position in the medical device or disposable industry
* Must Have Product Launch experience
*Marketing Strategy Planning
*Medical Product Portfolio Management
*STRONG Analytical Skills; market demographics, competitive information, potential and etc.
*MUST BE INNOVATIVE, creative and show previous success in the ability to plan and differentiate a product leading to significant increased sales and market penetration.
*Strong communication skills (written, group presentations & etc.).
*Experience working closely with the Sales Arm of the business
* Experience Working with cross functional teams within own company
*Ability to work AUTONOMOUSLY, yet fostering open communication and reach within and outside the company.
*MUST be dynamic and exemplify a COURAGEOUS LEADERSHIP style.
